14 days, self-serve
If the game isn't what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. It's self-serve — you don't have to explain yourself to a person, and there's nothing for us to review.
How
Our self-serve form refunds any purchase within 14 days — paste your license and purchase email into it and the refund is issued automatically through Stripe. No one reviews it.
You can also contact Link support (Stripe, the seller of record), which may refund later in certain cases. We don't promise that window; it's at their discretion.
Once a purchase is refunded, the game removes the license stored in that browser, and that license can't be recovered or re-sent.
Not covered
Nothing much. There's no subscription to cancel, no add-ons to unwind, and nothing recurring to stop.
